Refund Policy
All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds once course access has been granted. Please read this policy in full before purchasing.
1. No Refund Policy — Digital Products
JAelavated Academy sells digital educational courses. Because our products are delivered instantly and digitally — and access cannot be "returned" the way a physical item can — all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted to the course materials.
By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand this is a digital product with no physical component
- Access is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
- You waive any right to a refund based on change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to use the course
- Results from applying course content are not guaranteed and do not constitute grounds for a refund
2. The Only Exception — Non-Delivery
The sole exception to our no-refund policy is non-delivery: if you completed payment and did not receive access to the course due to a verified technical error on our end.
If you paid but cannot access your course, contact us within 7 days of purchase at our contact page or at jzombiekiller48@gmail.com. Include your order confirmation number and the email address used at checkout. We will resolve the access issue promptly or issue a full refund if we cannot restore access.
Non-delivery claims will not be accepted after 7 days from the purchase date.
3. What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund
The following situations do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with course content, style, or delivery format
- Failure to achieve desired financial results
- Purchasing the wrong course by mistake
- Forgetting about the purchase or not using the course
- Technical issues on your device, browser, or internet connection
- Disputes filed with your bank or card issuer before contacting us first
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
We take unauthorized chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately revoke your access to all JAelavated Academy courses
- Dispute the chargeback with evidence of product delivery
- Permanently ban your account and email from future purchases
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing a dispute with your bank. Most legitimate issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
5. Bundle / Triple Threat Pass
The Triple Threat Pass grants access to all three individual courses simultaneously. The no-refund policy applies to the bundle as a whole. Purchasing the bundle does not entitle you to a partial refund for any individual course included within it.
6. How to Contact Us for a Non-Delivery Dispute
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the non-delivery exception, please reach out with:
- Your full name
- Email address used at checkout
- Order confirmation number or receipt
- Description of the issue (what you purchased, what you didn't receive)
