1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JAelavated Academy's website and digital products ("Services"). By accessing our website or purchasing a course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access our courses.

2. Description of Services

JAelavated Academy provides digital educational courses covering topics including but not limited to day trading, dropshipping, and YouTube automation. All courses are delivered digitally through our course platform partner, Whop.

Course content may include video lessons, written materials, worksheets, and supplemental resources. The specific contents of each course are described on the respective course sales page.

3. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). By completing a purchase, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the stated amount.

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
• Payment is processed securely through Whop and their payment partners
• You will receive access confirmation via email upon successful payment

4. Digital Product Access

Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to the course materials through your Whop account. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only.

Access Terms

• You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and view course content
• Access is provided on a lifetime basis for the course version at time of purchase, unless otherwise stated
• You may access the course on any personal device associated with your account
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time to improve quality or accuracy

5. No Refund Policy

The only exception to this policy is if the digital product was not delivered (i.e., you did not receive access) due to a technical error on our part. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will either resolve the access issue or issue a refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.

6. Prohibited Uses

By purchasing a course, you agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, re-sell, or transfer your course access credentials to any other person
• Copy, reproduce, download, screen-record, or redistribute course materials in any form
• Use course materials to create competing products or services without written permission
• Upload course content to any file-sharing platform, torrent site, or public forum
• Use our content in a way that misrepresents its source or authorship

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are the exclusive property of JAelavated Academy and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view and use course materials for your own personal educational purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our courses are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The courses will meet your specific needs or expectations
• You will achieve any particular financial result by following course content
• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your course access, without refund, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner harmful to other users or our business.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
